The Story Behind Our Beans
Our story began decades ago when Fortunato Votta, a visionary of Italian descent, founded Café San Domingo, with our roasting facility being his greatest source of pride and passion.
In 2019, two Venezuelan dreamers decided to take the reins and carry on the legacy, making San Domingo much more than just a coffee brand. We are a tradition that has remained alive in Venezuela for over 70 years.
Since our inception, we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting the art of selecting, roasting, and grinding the finest coffee beans to provide our customers with an exceptional experience in every sip.

Nuestra historia comenzó hace décadas cuando Fortunato Votta, un visionario, de origen italiano, fundó café San Domingo, siendo nuestra torrefactora su gran orgullo y pasión.
En 2019, dos soñadores venezolanos, decidieron tomar las riendas y seguir con el legado, haciendo de San Domingo mucho más que una marca de café. Somos una tradición que se ha mantenido viva en Venezuela durante más de 70 años.
Desde nuestros inicios, nos hemos dedicado a perfeccionar el arte de seleccionar, tostar y moler los mejores granos de café, para brindarle a nuestra gente, una experiencia excepcional en cada sorbo.
